Dental Veneeers

Veneers are ultra-thin shells of ceramic (porcelain) or a composite resin material, which are bonded to the front surface of teeth. This procedure requires  no anesthesia.  And it  can be the ideal choice to improve the appearance of the front teeth,  mask the  discolorations, to brighten  and to improve your smile.

To define porcelain/ ceramic  veneer  simply, it can be stated as a thin piece of ceramic that is attached to the frontal face of your teeth so that it hides the discolorations  and stains successfully in a painless and bloodless ways.

Porcelain  veneer are durable, effective and are within easy budget. They are an easiest way to get a beautiful smile of your dreams. They are strong & durable & can last for years & do not stain easily:

Color Versatility - The color of a porcelain veneer can be selected such that it makes dark teeth appear whiter.

Ease of Shaping - Compared to crowns, they do not require extensive shaping prior to the procedure.

It Improves the Appearance & Restores your Confidence - can help individuals with dental flaws such as teeth being crooked or discolored, or those with small gaps. They dramatically change a person's smile and in the process, help improve their self confidence with an assurance an active role is taken in designing the smile. A time is spent to plan it. Corrective limitations of the procedure if any are discussed and your objectives are understood.

The teeth are lightly buffed to allow for the small added thickness of the veneer.  Composite resin veneers are generally done in single  appointment. After the tooth  preparation, the dentist  bonds and sculpts the composite material onto your teeth. For ceramic veneers, an impression  is taken, which is sent to the laboratory for the fabrication of the veneers. This takes only 72 hrs  with the introduction of CAD CAM at EPICA Dental Lab, Unicorn Medident Ltd. and the Warranty Protocols you can be Rest assured. A PROMISE.....

When your ceramic veneers are ready, the dentist places each veneer on the teeth to check their fit and get a sense of the shade or  color. The color cannot be altered after veneers are cemented. To apply the veneer, the tooth is cleansed with specific chemicals to achieve a bond. Once a special cement is sandwiched between the veneer and tooth, a light beam hardens the cement.

For about a week or two, you might go through a period of adjustment as you get used to your "new" teeth that have been changed in size and shape. Brush and floss daily. After one or two weeks, you should return for a follow-up appointment.SIMPLE AND EASY!!!!!
